This is not your typical painting class! We supply everything needed to replicate a classic design. Each attendee will receive a kit prior to class, composed of professional quality materials used in traditional illustration.
We encourage conversation and questions throughout the class, and go that extra mile to help ensure everyone has an enjoyable time and a beautiful finished product. Walking attendees through each step, participants can feel confident using the materials to draw and paint their chosen design. The class starts with an introduction to the materials and guidance on station set up. Next, everyone will have a chance to practice using the materials alongside the instructor demo. From there, the class will trace and then paint their chosen design.
To ensure a successful product, chosen designs have been lightly printed on the watercolor paper for everyone to trace, and we have included an extra design, “just in case.” The average run-length of the class is approximately an hour, but run times vary with attendees' level of engagement.
There is always time for questions and extra help, so that everyone leaves with a finished piece of art. Although some parts may be a bit challenging, this class is a fun way for everyone to get together and learn new skills, even though they may be apart.

The inks are professional watercolor based acrylic ink, which makes them vibrant, but very permanent. The Micron (pen) is commonly used in the illustration of comic books, manga comics, and tattoo design. They are waterproof, bleed proof, UV resistant, and archival
