Yoga Mat (a towel or blanket work) and water. Shoes OK but not recommended.
Your group can choose between taking a Power Vinyasa Yoga class or a Yoga Fusion Class. In the Power Vinyasa class we will move through several flows, starting each one off slow to find proper alignment then picking up the pace to link breath to movement. In my Yoga Fusion classes we use the bones of a Power Vinyasa class and add in exercise movements like squats, cardio, and the occasional pushup. Both classes are set to a curated playlist and are taught to every-body to support beginners to the most advanced Yogis.
